I got my order sooner than I thought I would, and the tracking seemed to work just fine. The box was a little bent when it showed up, but the hair was safe, so I guess it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’d say I’m happy with the shipping.

I reached out to customer service recently and was impressed with how quickly they got back to me. Since it’s fresh in my mind, that quick response really stands out. They answered my questions clearly, and I didn’t have to keep following up or wait around for days. Super easy, no stress, just solid support.

The hair was really cute when I first put it on and I liked the look a lot, but after I washed it the color started bleeding a bit and then I noticed some of it had gotten on my pillow and even my scarf, which was kind of frustrating because I still wanted to wear it but I had to keep checking on it and being careful about what it touched. It wasn’t a total dealbreaker for me, just a little annoying.

I ordered one hair color and ended up getting a totally different shade than what was listed on my order. Shipping was fine, so at least it didn’t take forever, but the mix-up was frustrating. I emailed customer service and it did get sorted out eventually, but it felt like the whole process only works when it wants to. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great

For what I paid, this was kind of a steal. I wasn’t expecting much, but it totally pulled through and made me feel like I’d uncovered some hidden treasure. Definitely worth the money

I’m giving this 5 stars mainly because the color washed out really evenly on my hair. I was worried it might get patchy or leave my hair feeling dry after a few washes, but it didn’t. It just faded kind of softly and still looked decent the whole time. happy with it. Anyway.

After a few washes, the color softened more than I expected, but in a good way. It didn’t turn patchy or weird at all, which was what I was worried about. I liked how it still looked cute even as it faded.

I was ready to be annoyed because hair stuff usually takes me forever and somehow never turns out right. But this was actually so easy to apply, I was kind of shocked. It took way less time than I thought it would, and it still looked good after. I’m definitely not great with this kind of thing, so that says a lot lol...

I tried this on my prelightened hair, which is already a really pale blonde, because my sister had used a similar shade before and it looked so cute on her. Unfortunately, it barely showed up on me. Some pieces grabbed the color a little, but other spots stayed patchy and kind of dull, even though I followed the directions carefully.
After I rinsed it out, the color just looked uneven and not at all like what I was hoping for. For the price, I expected a lot better coverage, especially on hair as light as mine. I was disappointed and wouldn’t buy it again.

Had to send my order back. Refund showed up quicker than expected. Support was nice. No hassle

I picked up a few Lunar Tides shades because I was excited to play around and make my own custom color. In the tubs, they looked really pretty, so at first I was like, okay, this is going to be fun.

But once I started mixing them, my mood changed fast. Some of it blended fine, then other parts just stayed streaky no matter how much I stirred, and I kept going from hopeful to annoyed and back again.

When I finally put it on, the color still came out a little uneven, which was disappointing. It’s not a terrible dye at all, but for custom mixing, I expected it to be smoother and easier, so I probably wouldn’t buy these for that again.

I was excited to try this on my dark brown hair, so I remember feeling that little rush while I was waiting for it to develop. But once I rinsed and checked the mirror, it just wasn’t what I’d hoped for. In bright light I could see a tiny bit of tint, but most of the time it looked kind of patchy and uneven. Maybe it works better if your hair is lighter, but for me it was a letdown

and I thought the color was going to be more muted based on the photos online, but when it arrived it looked a lot brighter in person than I expected.
It’s still a decent product and didn’t look bad, I just wish the shade pictures were a bit more true to life. I’d probably order again, but I’d go with a darker shade next time.

I’ll give it credit for being gentle on my hair. After rinsing, my hair didn’t feel super dry or fried, which I really appreciated. The downside is the color didn’t last as long as I was hoping, and it faded kind of unevenly on me. I also felt like when I reached out about it, nobody actually read what I wrote, which was frustrating. Overall, it’s not bad, just not something I was blown away by. I might try it again if my hair is already in really good shape.

I picked up Lunar Tides mostly because I’d heard good things about the colors, but I was surprised that the scent was actually nice too. It didn’t have that sharp, chemical hair dye smell I was kind of expecting.

It’s more of a sweet, clean scent, which I liked at first. While I was applying it, though, it started to feel a bit strong, especially when I was leaning close to the mirror and working it through the ends, so I cracked open the window.
After rinsing, my hair still smelled good for about a day, which was a nice little bonus. I’m giving it 4 stars because I did like it overall, I just wish the scent was a tiny bit softer.

I was let down by this stuff. It felt nice and soft at first, so I thought maybe it would hold up, but after just one wash it turned dry and kind of rough. I used my regular products and handled it carefully, but the tangling was still worse than I expected. For the price, this little hair situation should’ve been way better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

The hair is good overall, and a few of the bundles matched really well. That said, not all of them felt the same, some were softer and looked better than others. I still like the hair, but I do wish the quality was more consistent from bundle to bundle

I don’t think it’s not a good product, it’s actually nice. I just wish the shade range wasn’t so limited, because I couldn’t not notice how few options there were

The hair itself was okay, okay, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box showed up looking a bit squashed, like it had been tossed around along the way, and the inside didn’t feel packed all that well. Nothing was really damaged or anything, so that’s good, good, but it just didn’t make the best first impression. Delivery was fine though.

I got more hair than I was expecting, so that was a nice surprise. One of the bundles did feel a little thinner to me, but maybe I’m just being picky or overthinking it. Overall, the amount you get for the price seems good
